Coming up on Saturday, December 6, 2008, the Youngstown Parrot Head Club Inc. is proudly hosting a Caribbean Christmas Party, featuring "Fins to the Left." This event directly benefits Jill and Elvis Caraballo and their children. Jill and Elvis are battling Stage 4 cancers. Their oldest son AJ has been a dedicated member of the YPHC since the club was formed, and has personally contributed his time and efforts to various other YPHC events and causes, and now the YPHC has the opportunity to return the favor!

The Caribbean Christmas Party will be held from 6pm - 10pm at the Mahoning Country Club, 710 East Liberty Street, Girard, OH:

What else can we say? The total donation is still be tallied, but everyone had a GREAT time at the 2nd annual Cornhole Classic and Chili Cook-off. The winners names and the total amount raised will be posted within the next couple days, so be sure to keep an eye on the Cornhole Classic & Chili Cook-off page.

The 2nd annual Youngstown Parrot Head Club's Cornhole Classic and Chili Cook-off is this Saturday, October 11, 2008 at the Golf Dome in Girard. We'll meet tonight at the Dome to put the finishing touches on! There is still plenty of work to be done, and we can use all the help we can get. We'll see you at the Golf Dome at 6:30pm.
We've still got room for more Cornhole teams (top 3 teams win cash prizes), and Chili Cook-off teams (top 3 teams, plus People's Choice get trophies and plaques). The whole event benefits Beatitude House in Youngstown. Go see the Cornhole Classic & Chili Cook-off page for more details.

TONIGHT at the Dome - the planning for the Cornhole Classic and Chili Cook-off continues. Meet at the Dome at 6:30pm and lend a hand. It's crunch time and we can use all the help we can get. Sponsorships, cornhole teams, and chili teams are desperately needed. And don't forget, it's all FOR A GOOD CAUSE!

Volunteers are still needed for various things and there's plenty of work to be done. It's all to benefit Beatitude House and we can use all the help you can give.
We still have room for Cornhole teams and Chili Cook-off teams. You can sign up and pay your registration fees in the Store.

Today is the deadline for early registration for both the Cornhole Classic and the Chili Cook-off. Get on over to the Store to sign up and pay your registration fees. Tomorrow, the "late" registration fees go into effect. Save yourself some cash and signup today!

The next planning meeting for the 2nd annual Cornhole Classic and Chili Cook-off is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 6:30pm at the site of the Classic, the Creekside Golf Dome.
