POLAR PLUNGE 2012
Special Olympics Ohio

January 21, 2012
At
Mosquito Lake
Cortland
Freezin' For A Reason
ONLINE REGISTRATION AND FUNDRAISING AT

Here is how this works:

1)    If you want to Plunge with the rest of us crazies, then you want to click the link and sign up under the Youngstown Parrot Head Club.  The minimal amount you have to raise is $75.00, but if you can raise more then that is TERRIFIC!!!

2)    If you are “TOO Chicken” to take the plunge, then you need to sign up also under the Youngstown Parrot Head Club.  The minimal amount you have to raise is $30.00, again, raise as much, if not more, than the minimal required.

3)    High School students and college students can also participate for $50.00.

On the morning of the plunge, we usually meet up at the lake around 10ish, put up tents and have a little breakfast and “spiked” coffee.  The plunge doesn’t start until 1pm.  Then the Post Plunge Celebration is from 2-4 at the Cortland Moose Lodge.

WE NEED PLUNGERS AND ”TOO CHICKEN” FOLKS FOR THE YPHC TEAMS!!  So get off your duffs and sign up to “Take the Plunge” or the “Too Chicken” Teams.

Everyone who meets their required amounts gets a free Special Olympics 2012 Polar Plunge T-shirt.  The more you raise the more free items you get.

Put the links in Facebook or raise money at the office, or even bribe your family members to give you a little something.  It all is for a GREAT cause!!!
